The tourney is on!! Starting week of April 11th and running through week of MAY 2nd the winning team from each venue will qualify for a semi final. That will be a total of 120 teams. There will be 5 semi finals, 24 teama at each venue…Monday 5-4 at Boston’s Pub on N. Main St. in Vandalia; Thurs, 5-12 at All Sports in Xenia; Mon. 5-16 at Down The Pike in West Carrolton; Thurs. 5-19 at Norton across from the Fraze in Kettering, and Mon 5-23 at the Fox and the Hound near the Fairfield Mall. Top 6 teams from each semi will advance to the finals, for a total of 30 teams. The finals will be held at the new Harrigans in Centerville on Thurs, May 26. There will be over $2000.00 in cash and prizes given away at the finals. Bud girls will be present and a few other surprises. Remember, the sooner you qualify for the semis, the better the chance of getting your team’s first choice of where you want to do your semi. The finals are going to be a hoot, trust me. Join Amanda Rae Monday nights at Frickers Miller lane. You all know the fun and great food you find at Frickers. We have decided to start Trivia at Frickers Miller Ln. at 8:00 instead 7:00. This gives all you Trivia enthusiasts up north a new place and a later start time to relax a little after work before heading out to Frickers. Amanda is a lot of fun, a real pro, and she loves bantering with her players. The sound system is amazing at Frickers, very easy to hear everything that is being said. Check it out. For those of you up north it’ll become your new favorite place to play Trivia.
On Thursday nights join our host Mary Beth Willy at King’s Point Pub on Wilmington Pk. in Kettering. Mary beth is a an up and coming amazing host. New owner Greg Baker has really made this place a lot of fun. He has hired an amzing staff, and Greg, working in the international market, has people from all over the world popping in to check it out (usually on loan to Wright Pat) or just conducting business state side, but always interesting and a lot of fun. Stop by Thursday nights, meet Mary Beth, play Trivia, enjoy great eats from the Italian Oven, and enjoy the great atmosphere which is Kings Point Pub.
Mark Neal from W.I.N.G./ E.S.P.N. is now hosting Nortons across from The Fraze on Wednesday nights and also on Tuesday nights at Buffalo, Wings, and Rings on S. Main St. at Spring Valley in Centerville. Two great places to hang out with Mark. At both establishments you’ll enjoy fine food, great atmosphere and enjoyable staff.
